81. My take on MMO's and the one(s) I'm waiting on. - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
1. Community 2. Content 3. Gameplay Get all three of those right, and you'll have a good MMO. At the moment, not much interesting on the horizon as far as I'm concerned. WoW's expansion I'll probably get once you can but it in a store without a p...

82. Overheard in New York - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
I don't know how anyone can overhear anything in NYC. Most people I see on the streets either have headphones stuffed three feet up their ears, or their head stuffed up their arse at about an equal distance! *laughs* Now, amusing conversations I'...

83. Top Ten Reasons why EVE is better than WoW! - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I'm not for thinking you can even compare WoW to EVE objectively. I mean, personal opinions and taste are great and all, but really, just like ********s, everyone has an opinion, and they're all full of crap. I do happen to play both EVE and WoW....

84. Speed of EVE - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Change the prime fiction? Did CCP change EVE into Star Trek online and forget to inform us? :P EVE ships are constructed and flown in space. One presumes there are any number of craft designed to ferry things into and out of orbit, and perhaps ev...

86. The 0.0 Experiment - Warning: Thrilling Content....... - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I saw the caps lock'd name and figured this thread would be "amusing," in the sarcastic sense. Yet here I am, laughing my arse off. Well done! I definately support the notion that EON should get some material off you. I would love to read it.

87. What ZIP program do you use? - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
If you ignore the nag box, WinRAR is free too ^^. Personally, I use compression programs for exploding files more than imploding them, so highest compression ratio doesn't really matter to me.

88. SCFI Books, your suggestions. - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Niven and Pournelle's The Mote in God's Eye is definately a good read if you like hardcore (more "realistic") science fiction. I just realized it's kind of sad, but I can't think of anything else I've read! I guess I'll need to pick up some of ...

89. Eve-Online and World of WarCraft differences and comparision - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
You can compare features of both games as a MMOs, but labelling them as pros or cons renders the discussion flawed. Pro and con are merely opinions. As everyone knows, opinions are like arse holes. We all have one, and they're always full of poo. ...

91. Advice please from some computer savvy EVEers. - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
I definately recommend 2 gigabytes of RAM. Also, getting a SLI capable motherboard and one 7800/7900 is a great way to get good performance now and a significant boost later when the 7800/7900 prices come down. I just recently built my computer f...

92. The perfect woman, who is she to you? - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]

93. Roleplaying pet peeves! - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
One of my favorite characters to play in the past was completely and utterly average. It was her calling card, if you will. She was a plain farm girl, in an ordinary farming town, with all the biases of a usual farmer. Actually got me into a bit o...

95. Artificial Intelligence in the EVE Universe - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
I'd lean more towards extremely powerful tradition computers, but barring artificial sentience. The core unit for any "modern" ship in EVE is the pod pilot, which kind of denotes that they fill some missing element. However, it seems possible tha...

96. Collectible Card Game - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I think it's neat, but sadly I'd have noone to play with. If I actually thought any of my local friends would be interested, I'd pick some up. But I tried getting into M:TG in the past with no luck. Short supply of nerds here! That said, I might ...

99. Ships and crew sizes - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
The concept of crews interests me because I want to expand on that in the backstory I'm working on for my character. I would suspect the Amarr, at least, probably use mostly slaves for ship crews. Since they are "merely" slaves, I doubt the Amarr ...

100. How do you find the hidden areas/points of interest, etc in Eve - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
